CEU/Seminar Info

NeoCon delivers close to 100 CEU-accredited seminars, carefully curated by members of our Programming Advisory Committee and featuring the most relevant topics in the industry today.  As we celebrate our 50th edition, NeoCon will explore the industry's next chapters with a series of seminars flagged with the Future of Design designation.

CEU Information

All 60-minute seminars are in the review process for continuing education credit. To receive credit for the seminar you attend, pick up the CEU, LU or materials from the Door Monitor who is located at the seminar room. Below are the various certifications and procedures for industry experts. Be sure you pick up the correct paperwork for your profession.

Interior Designers

Earn 0.1 CEU for each NeoCon seminar that you attend. All NeoCon 2018, one-hour seminars are being processed by IDCEC (ASID, IDC and IIDA) for CEU credit. CEU cards and instructions are available on-site at each seminar room.

Architects

Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc. (MMPI) is an “AIA Registered Provider.” Each of the NeoCon2018 one-hour seminars are being processed and upon approval result in 1 Learning Unit (LU) . Many seminars will meet Health, Safety and Welfare guidelines and can be identified by the [HSW] acronym in the seminar description. Conference Attendance Forms are available on-site at each seminar room.

LEED Professionals

Many seminars under the Green Design [GR] Educational Track may qualify for GBCI Hours towards the LEED Credential Maintenance Program. Proof of attendance will be provided on-site for attendees to self-report.

Lighting Designers

All lighting programs presented under the Light [LT] Educational Track will be registered with NCQLP for LEU Credit for the Lighting Certified (LC) professional. One LEU is assigned for each 60 minute lighting program you attend. Certificates are available on-site at each seminar room.

Healthcare Designers

Seminars under the Healthcare (HC) Educational Track are under consideration for EDAC CEU credit. Upon approval, the EDAC CEU form for seminars will be available at each seminar room from the Door Monitor.
