Q: Is there a fee to attend the NeoCon temporary exhibits and showrooms?
A: If you pre-register to attend NeoCon by June 6, your show expo registration is free. After June 6, on line pre-registration will close and you will be required to register on site for a fee of $25.
Q: Is there a fee to attend a Keynote Presentation?
A: No, each Keynote Presentation is free to attend.
Q: Is there a fee to attend a seminar?
A: Yes, all seminars are $55 each if you pre-register before Friday, June 6. After June 6 you must register for all seminars on-site, subject to availability, at a fee of $65 each. Association Forums, Tours and Special Events vary in fees.
Q: Can I get continuing education credits for attending seminars?
A: Yes, MMPI submits all 60-minute seminars for continuing education accreditation. To recieve credit for sessions you attend, pick up a CEU or LU card from the door monitor located at each seminar room. Read the instructions on each card. Have it stamped by the door monitor after the session and/or follow the instructions on the card to report the sessions you attended. Be sure you pick up the correct paperwork for your profession.
Q: How do I register for seminars?
A: Click on the green 'Register To Attend' icon on the right side of the NeoCon web page. This icon will take you to the registration site where a listing of seminar titles and session codes can be chosen to add to your shopping cart.
- Select the seminar(s) that you would like to attend.
- Further instructions will be provided to complete your registration.
- Upon completing registration a barcode will be provided.
- Print the barcode and bring it to the show to receive your name badge on-site.
Your name badge will include the session codes, room locations, date and time of the seminars that you have registered to attend. This will serve as confirmation for admission to the seminar.
Q: How do I find the location for the seminars, exhibitors and other events?
A: Locations will be listed in the official NeoCon Show Directory produced by Interior Design Magazine. Additionally, the session room location will be indicated on your show badge. Show directories will be available at numerous locations on-site at the show including the registration area and the elevator banks.
Q: Can I cancel my program if I cannot attend?
A: Yes, cancellations will be refunded in full if received in writing by June 6. Refunds will not be processed after June 6 or for on-site purchases. Sessions are not transferable between attendees.
Q: If I register for a seminar or keynote, do I have to register separately for the trade show floor?
A: No, your seminar registration badge will provide access to the show rooms and trade floors.
Q: I haven't received by NeoCon brochure yet, when will it arrive in the mail?
A: In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we will not be mailing a full NeoCon brochure. An electronic brochure is available to download. Click here to access the NeoCon 2011 online brochure.
