Buzzwords about sustainability, green and greenwashing abound. You gave up plastic water bottles in exchange for serving filtered water in glasses, but now there’s the question of the energy required to run the dishwasher, and the damage caused by dishwasher soap to the environment. And what about the process to filter the water in the first place? This circular questioning includes regulatory programs like level and LEED, and encompasses recent legislation in California forcing all residential buildings to meet stringent codes. Get involved in the conversation, sponsored by Tandus, and see NeoCon with new (greener) eyes.
